Shipping
All Forward Point products are precision 3D-printed to order in North Queensland. Production takes 1–2 business days, depending on order quantity, before dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking included.
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
- Standard shipping — $11 AUD, free on orders over $100 AUD.
- Express shipping — $15 AUD.
Note: we sell ammunition storage only. No ammunition is sold or shipped, and no licence is required to purchase our products.
Returns
If something isn't right, contact us at forwardpointindustries@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Faulty or damaged items — we'll replace them at no cost. Send us a photo and your order number and we'll sort it.
- Fit issues — cartridge dimensions vary slightly between manufacturers. Check the bore diameter and depth specs on each product page, or the Compatibility Guide, before ordering. If a tray doesn't fit your cartridge as specced, get in touch and we'll make it right.
- Change of mind — unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
Custom Orders
Don't see your calibre listed, or need a configuration built to spec? Custom tray configurations are available on request — email forwardpointindustries@gmail.com with your requirements and we'll confirm what's possible.
Care
Do not leave products inside vehicles or environments where temperatures may exceed 60°C. Finished fit may vary slightly due to printing tolerances and ammunition variation.
