Shipping
All Forward Point products are precision 3D-printed to order in North Queensland. Production takes 1–2 business days, depending on order quantity, before dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking included.
Within Australia
- Standard shipping — $11 AUD.
- Express shipping — $15 AUD.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
New Zealand
We ship to New Zealand on Australia Post Pack & Track International, with tracking to the door. Typical transit is 5–12 business days, excluding time held at customs. Rates are calculated at checkout by the total weight of your order — you'll see the exact figure before you pay.

New Zealand GST and duties. Our prices cover carriage only. GST, duty or customs handling charged on arrival is the responsibility of the recipient and is collected by NZ Customs or New Zealand Post, not by us.
Other countries
We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand only. If you're elsewhere and want one of our products, email forwardpointindustries@gmail.com — we'll let you know if that changes.
Note: we sell ammunition storage only. No ammunition is sold or shipped, and no licence is required to purchase our products. Buyers are responsible for complying with the import rules of their own country.
Returns
If something isn't right, contact us at forwardpointindustries@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Faulty or damaged items — we'll replace them at no cost. Send us a photo and your order number and we'll sort it.
- Fit issues — cartridge dimensions vary slightly between manufacturers. Check the bore diameter and depth specs on each product page, or the Compatibility Guide, before ordering. If a tray doesn't fit your cartridge as specced, get in touch and we'll make it right.
- Change of mind — unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
- New Zealand returns — the same terms apply, but return postage and any customs costs are at the buyer's cost. Contact us first so we can advise the best method.
Custom Orders
Don't see your calibre listed, or need a configuration built to spec? Custom tray configurations are available on request — email forwardpointindustries@gmail.com with your requirements and we'll confirm what's possible.
Care
Do not leave products inside vehicles or environments where temperatures may exceed 60°C. Finished fit may vary slightly due to printing tolerances and ammunition variation.
