Not sure which tray fits your calibre? The Universal Tray Insert System groups cartridges into six families by bore diameter — find your calibre below, or check the bore diameter and depth against your own measurements.
Bore Ø is the key fit measurement — the largest part of the cartridge entering the pocket, including rim, belt or case head, must fit within the stated diameter. Depth is the pocket depth measured from the tray face; pockets run the full thickness of the tray, so a loaded tray sits the cartridge base on the floor of your case.
Also fits the Magnum tray: 6.5 PRC, 7mm PRC and .300 PRC all share the 0.532" (13.51 mm) case head used by the belted magnums listed above, so they seat in the Magnum tray with the same clearance. They aren't shown on the chart yet.
Only commonly sold commercial calibres available in Australia are shown. Forward Point trays are universal within each category — if your calibre isn't listed, it likely shares a case-head family with one that is. Still not sure? Because a tray has to accept every case head in its family, cartridges at the small end of a group sit with more room around them than a calibre-specific pocket would give. They stand square and won't roll, but the fit isn't a grip. Verify fit against finished production trays where precision matters — printing tolerances and ammunition variation mean a small margin is normal.

Our loading blocks and Packout inserts use a different sizing system to the Universal Tray: four bore sizes, chosen on case head or rim diameter rather than by cartridge family.
Measure the widest part of the base of your case — the rim on a rimmed cartridge, the belt on a belted magnum, the head on a rimless case — and choose the next size up.

What does not fit
On the Packout inserts the organiser lid has to close over the rounds, so there is a length ceiling as well as a diameter limit — roughly 70 mm on the 10 mm insert, 85 mm on the 12 mm, 86 mm on the 14 mm and 92 mm on the 16 mm. These cartridges clear the bore on width but are too long:

Rimfire. A .22 LR rim measures about 7 mm against a 10.6 mm pocket, so it drops in but sits loose and tips over. Use the Sleeve Case range for rimfire, which is cut to calibre.
Cartridges within about 2 mm of a length ceiling — .270 Win, .30-06 and .280 Rem on the 12 mm, and most belted magnums on the 14 mm — will fit on factory specification, but handloads seated long may not. Test one loaded round before filling a tray. Dimensions quoted are nominal SAAMI/CIP figures; printing tolerance and case manufacturer variation mean a small margin is normal.
