Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

Production time

All products are precision 3D-printed to order in North Queensland. Production takes 1–2 business days, depending on order quantity, before your order is dispatched. Larger orders or multiple tray types may take longer; we'll let you know if a delay is expected.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery timeframes quoted by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed — delays can occur once your order leaves us, particularly during peak periods or in regional and remote areas.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. If tracking shows an issue (stuck in transit, marked delivered but not received, etc.), contact us at forwardpointindustries@gmail.com and we'll help you follow it up with the carrier.

Delivery address and risk

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we ship to the address provided and aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to that address.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window, contact us at forwardpointindustries@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and sort out a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Custom orders

Custom tray configurations arranged directly with us may have a different production timeframe than standard listed products — we'll confirm an estimated timeframe with you before you order.
